- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
- What is the co-pay per session?
Reduced Fee scale available
ARISE COUNSELING SERVICES LLC Serves all patients regardless of inability to pay. Arise Counseling Services LLC will not discriminate on the basis of an individual’s race, color, sex, national origin, disability, religion, age, sexual orientation, or gender identity. Discounts for services are offered based on family size and income. For more information ask your Therapist when you call to schedule an appointment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
